Howard, Sr. an attorney with Howard, Green & Moye, LLP and Michael H. Womble, CPA, ABV, CVA, BVAL, CFF with Williams Overman Pierce, LLP demonstrate what attorneys should know when they are faced with a financial expert on the witness stand and what CPAs should know about being a financial expert on the witness stand. Bowen, a retired Superior Court Judge from North Carolinas 11th Judicial District will serve as the Judge in this mock trial and will render a verdict and then offer his insights into the proceedings.
